Returns

At GetDirty.shop, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept any opened or used wipes for return or refund.

2. Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will not accept any returns or issue refunds.

3. Individually Wrapped Wipes: For packages containing individually wrapped wipes, we will accept a return if no more than one wipe has been used. If more than one individually wrapped wipe has been used, the package will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from GetDirty.shop. Products purchased through other retailers or distributors may be subject to different return policies.
